At FlowPure, we want you to enjoy every drop of clean water; if you are not completely satisfied with your filtration system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your System

  Carefully pack the filtration unit, filters, and all installation hardware back into the original box to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to FlowPure

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
